Your duties will include:

interaction with the logistics department, accounting, company management;
organization of smooth operation of the logistics department;
negotiating, consulting with existing and potential customers, accepting inquiries and orders, as well as timely informing customers about the pricing policy and the progress of the work performed;
building trusting relationships with the client, as we are reliable partners for the clients;
work with the customer database, import/export of data integrated into CRM (analytics, attracting prospective customers, etc.);
work with Internet resources;
data maintenance in CRM (full automation of all processes in the company, starting with a request for transportation and ending with accounting workflow).
